SECURITY POLICY:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. AutoFarm Mobility has partnered with Heartland Payment Systems to ensure secure online payments processes. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY:
We offer 30 day return policy on all new products against manufacturer defects. AutoFarm Mobility reserves the right to send a replacement or a repair to a defective product. Please call customer service at 800-354-2261, in advance to notify AutoFarm Mobility of the issue within 30 days of purchase date. All products should be in the same condition as received including the original shipping container/box.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY:
Please be assured that your items (when in stock) will ship out within two business days of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed to, AutoFarm Mobility determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 800-354-2261 for charges.

SALES TAX:
Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax for all purchases EXCEPT Mobility Vans. In state orders and Mobility Van Purchases will be charged 7% Indiana State sales tax. Some states require their residents to report online purchases made out of state. Please note AutoFarm Mobility is not liable for sales tax payments to these states.
